Program Fee includes: housing (standard residence hall), meal plan, insurance, emergency support, mandatory fees, on-site support, study abroad mailing, site assessment visits, risk management evaluations, academic assessment/accreditation, international consortium fees, abroad transcript analysis services, mandatory pre-departure orientations, study abroad advising, study abroad workshops, scholarships, and enrollment management services.
**Meals are NOT included; should participants wish to opt for a Meal Plan that additional cost will be billed additionally to the student.
*Health insurance is required for registration at AU; students with private insurance may opt out to avoid charges. Students must waive Health Insurance with American University prior to the start of the semester to avoid additional charges.
