The Study Abroad Office provides comprehensive international medical insurance to students through CISI (
Cultural Insurance Services International).

CISI Coverage for Gonzaga University 2022-2023
For faculty led programs and Gonzaga in Florence, study abroad participants are automatically enrolled in coverage for the program dates and the cost is included in the billable fees.
For exchange programs and sponsored programs, we require students who aren't enrolled in international insurance through their program or host institution to enroll in CISI for the duration of their program. Instructions and the enrollment process will be sent to the student during the post-decision phase of the application process.
